Handmade Terracotta Pavers

I love places like this.

A true craftsman. This is this man's life's work. After searching obsessively for terracotta pavers and not being able to find something that looked truly authentic and not manufactured, I found FLORIDA MEXICAN TILE. The website was awful. So I knew they had to be the real deal. And they were. I called 20 times until they picked up and emailed and emailed. I received short responses. No automated customer service and fancy salespeople. Finally got him on the phone, his tone was gruff, curt, to the point. I had a big smile on my face because I knew this was our guy.

We drove out to this massive hanger type space out west of West Palm Beach and came across this gem. They specialize in handmade Saltillo Tile, Talavera Tiles and what I was there for, Terracotta Pavers - officially known as Mexican Saltillo Clay Pavers.  All handmade. And you know how we feel about handmade.

I scheduled a pickup and delivery to the Smoogalow with Freightera and all was set. Yes, there was a little more effort on my part involved with figuring out delivery but it was 100% worth it.
